Character

A full-bodied, balanced, deep red wine with slightly purple reflections and intense aromas of cassis and toast, topped with slightly smoky notes and hints of cherry. On the palate it is fresh, with juicy tannins, powerful fruit and a harmonious and full structure, rounded off by a long and intense finish.

The name Kaiken dates back to the Patagonian wild goose, which was called Kaiken by the native American Mapuche tribe. As dynamic, wild and free as their name-giver, the exclusive wines of the Mendoza-based establishment are by nature imbued with an honest character, a big personality, elegance and expression. Aurelio Montes, a pioneer of carefully prepared wines in Argentina, received a series of prestigious awards for his wines as well as his lifetime achievement.
