Character

A pale yellow, fruity and well balanced wine with a delicate bouquet of gooseberry, peach and citrus fruit. Alongside these comes a hint of exotic fruit, with mineral and vegetal notes. On the palate it is lively and fresh; the fruit are borne on a soft and lean body.

The name Kaiken dates back to the Patagonian wild goose, which was called Kaiken by the native American Mapuche tribe. As dynamic, wild and free as their name-giver, the exclusive wines of the Mendoza-based establishment are by nature imbued with an honest character, a big personality, elegance and expression. Aurelio Montes, a pioneer of carefully prepared wines in Argentina, received a series of prestigious awards for his wines as well as his lifetime achievement.
