This white wine, with its gleaming pale yellow colour, is fresh, fruity, mellow and harmonious. Its bouquet has the fragrance of spice bushes and some citrus, alongside mineral notes. On the palate it is slightly sweet on approach and has intense grapefruit aromas together with the previously mentioned minerality. The acidity is noticeable, giving the wine its freshness, but is well integrated, and the wine tastes very balanced and appealing.
