The gentle rethinks wine: Full enjoyment with half the alcohol. This innovation is the result of years of experience and meticulous research by the three founders Moritz, Stefan, and Tapio. They employ a technique as old as winemaking itself for their wine, called cuvée blending, where they combine de-alcoholized wine with traditional wine, resulting in a light 6% alcohol content and full flavor. The modern wine connoisseur can choose between white, red, pink, and sparkling.
